Summary of SSG Meeting 22nd Aug

It was agreed by all present that the SSG be considered a sub-committee of the BOT, with the purpose of fundraising for items outside of the school’s Ministry of Education budget.

A debrief of the 7-a-side was held and the feedback was generally very good. We made $4200!

Small issues were raised and remedies considered for next year.

It was proposed to put the annual trail bike ride to every second year and alternate with a car rally or something similar. This will be tabled and voted on at the next meeting.

Any parent/caregiver wishing to know more and have an input is encouraged to attend the next meeting.

As always, ideas for future fundraising and funding projects were discussed and input from the school community is always wellcome.
