The Ongaonga School Community Newsletter is produced each week and is a vital component of the channels of communication with parents. The newsletter is prepared each Wednesday (during term time) in PDF format for distribution to families by email.

The School Newsletter is produced each week and is a vital component of the channels of communication with parents. The newsletter is prepared each Wednesday for distribution to families. It is placed on the website on a Wednesday afternoon, or is sent via email (details below).

Please note,  a hard copy of the newsletter, is also sent home with the youngest family member. It is essential that these children are reminded of their responsibility to deliver the newsletter.

Any items that members of the community would like to have included in the school newsletter should be written and handed into the office or emailed to Dianne Taylor by midday Tuesday at the Onga Onga School office

Community Members are encouraged to submit information on items of interest, appeals for parent help, results of sporting or cultural endeavours etc. The school administration has the final say on what is published via the school newsletter. Weekly newsletters are available below in PDF format.

We send out an email reminder once a week to notify subscribers that the weekly school news is available on the website. You will also receive notice of special school events, news and fund-raisers. Any interested party may sign-up for this email reminder.
